Welcome to the 2018 Annual Conference abstract submission site!
The 2018 OpenWater Annual Conference will take place from Wednesday, May 16, 2018 - Saturday May 19, 2018 in Denver, Colorado. Full panel, individual paper, methodological brief, poster and PORTAL proposals will be accepted until November 9, 2017.
Submissions: Each abstract proposal is to be submitted individually and authors must select a preferred presentation format. Information on submitting each presentation format is listed in the Presentation Format section later in this site, or review the Call for Abstracts.
Deadlines:
Panels, Papers, Methodological Briefs and Posters and PORTAL Sessions: November 9, 2017
Acceptance notification: Mid-January, 2018
The proposal submission form asks for author contact information, title, keywords describing the content of the presentation and an abstract of no more than 300 words. If selected, the primary presenter for an abstract will serve as the contact for all correspondence regarding session proposal acceptance and scheduling. Also, each submission must identify who will be the presenter at the conference.
